Inclusive charters are crewed charters with minimum or no additional charges. Provisioning, fuel and crew are included in the price. · Sleep Aboard: 50% of the daily rate. Boarding from 4PM. Guests to dine off the yacht that evening.
HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense.
Discount of $150 per person off the 7 night rate.
LOCAL FARE: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense.
Discount of $75 per person off the 7 night rate.

This is George’s third Caribbean charter season, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned and competent captain. His journey began in the Windward Islands, where the prestigious Sandy Lane Yacht Club and Residences became his base. In his second season, George navigated the stunning waters of Saint Martin and the British Virgin Islands, further honing his skills in providing seamless and memorable guest experiences.
George’s maritime career began as a deckhand on superyachts, where he developed a deep understanding of yacht operations, navigation, and maintenance. Chef Sandra Franck is a talented and creative culinary professional from Denmark, combining years of diverse culinary expertise with a passion for exploring flavors from around the globe. With a Yacht Chef Certificate from Ashburton, STCW certifications, and a B1/B2 visa, Sandra brings exceptional skill, adaptability, and professionalism to every role.
Sandra’s extensive experience includes:
Yacht Chef: Overseeing galley operations on private yachts, including the 28m Celtic 2, where she catered to up to 8 guests and 3 crew. Her responsibilities spanned menu planning, provisioning, accommodating dietary restrictions, and delivering exquisite dishes across a variety of cuisines, such as Irish, German, Italian, and Thai.
Private and Personal Chef Roles: Cooking for families and corporate retreats, with expertise in vegan, keto, and low-sugar diets.
Sous Chef: Catering for large groups at Re-Green Retreat in Greece, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Sandra is highly skilled in bread making, pasta, cakes, and ice cream, as well as a range of international cuisines, including Vietnamese, Moroccan, and Japanese. Her organizational abilities ensure a spotless galley, and her attention to detail elevates every meal she prepares.

We arrived from Canada from snow to the beautiful wakes + sand. It was an amazing holiday! Each member in our group made comments throughout how lucky we are to be here and to get to experience this! We loved the snorkeling, beach days, + most of all the water sports for the kids. Gordon + Anita went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to both of you for a dream vacation. It will make it hard to go back to the reality of home and wonder who is cutting up all the amazing fruit each morning :)

Thank you so much for the best weekever! Off to a great start greeting us with the lime inda coconut (our fav). Although we didn't think we'd survive the cliff we are so glad we did. Thank you Gordy for believing in us when we didn't think we could wakesurf, especially Hailey! To end the perfect day we got to meet Banki Banx and have front row seats to Gordianas Piano Man performance. We will never forget it but John sure did. Unfortunately the dinghy died but it was actually a blessing in disguise for our voyage to Nikki Beach (more so for Natalie). There we had quite the bill and dighny mount (that natalies bruises will always remind us of). Peters jaw is still dropped from hearing Reese sing WAP and he's still sweating from the hike. Le TI was definently a highlight with Gordon's performance, Nat's lap dance, Peter & Nats kiss, the hypeman, and your guys outfit change. Maybe that bill too with Abby's chicken nuggets. Gordon we will miss you hiding bunny and going in your hole. Anita, thanks for always accommodating Abby and you will forever be 21 to us!

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving aboard the Two Oceans Bali 5.4 catamaran in St. Barts. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The snorkeling and hiking in beautiful Colombier were a highlight—crystal-clear water, amazing gear, and plenty of fun for everyone. Shopping in Gustavia and spending the day at Shell Beach were unforgettable!
Chef Anita delivered incredible meals every single day; the dinners were truly outstanding and far beyond anything we imagined we’d experience on a yacht. Captain Gordon crafted awesome itineraries packed with great activities and kept the drinks flowing with unmatched hospitality. His knowledge of the islands made the trip smooth, memorable, and perfectly tailored to our group.

I had never dreamed of going on a Catamaran, but now that I have, it is the best vacation you could imagine.
I had the pleasure and privilege of sailing through the Grenadines on a Catamaran - but not just any Catamaran - the Two Oceans Catamaran. We were on board to celebrate my brother-in-law's 60th birthday.
I had never dreamed of going on a Catamaran, but now that I have, it is the best vacation you could imagine. Our trip started and ended in St. Lucia, but all the breathtaking and beautiful places we visited in between were fantastic – like St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, and Tobago Cays. It was absolutely fantastic. The Catamaran was beautiful, clean and modern – it was on point! But perhaps the most unforgettable part of the vacation was Bernat, Valentina & Violeta. These 3 were our crew and did everything to make this an epic vacation. They were kind, friendly, warm and caring – they treated us like royalty and made us feel very special.
At each location, Bernat, Valentina & Violeta were our tour guides and made sure we were having the best time. I looked forward to their energy and excitement every day. They are now and will always be “my friends”. I will never go on another Catamaran unless it's Two Oceans Catamaran. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

The cuisine on board was absolutely delightful and each dish was crafted with fresh ingredients.
